Todd Cushner, Esq. has been admitted to the Bar of The State of New York and New Jersey since 2001. His practice is primarily focused in The Bankruptcy Courts of both the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey.

Prior to practicing law, Mr. Cushner authored the Credit Solutions Resource Kit, a manual to help individuals and families undergoing economic trouble. As he developed his skill set in Real Estate Development and CO-OP Conversion, his work in the area of financial restructuring helped many individuals and small businesses.

Additionally, Mr. Cushner spent 10 years as a News Photo Journalist for WPIX-TV, Independent Network News and the Wall Street Journal Report. He was EMMY nominated, the recipient of the NYS Broadcasters Award and The Folio Award for his work in Broadcast News Journalism.

Mr. Cushner received his Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from The University of the City of New York, Brooklyn College and his Juris Doctor from St. John’s School of Law.
