David Smith has been practicing law since 2000, following a successful career as a computer consultant and manager of a computer department for an insurance company. He earned his Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law in 1999, where he was actively involved in innovative projects that bridged the gap between technology and the law, including e-discovery and computer forensics.
With over two decades of legal experience, David focuses his practice on consumer and commercial law, representing both individuals and businesses. He has extensive experience in debtor representation for bankruptcy proceedings under Chapters 7, 11, and 13. Beyond his bankruptcy work, David also practices in a variety of other areas, including personal injury, real estate, employment law, corporate formation and dissolution, transactional law, internet law, and e-commerce.

*$0 Down pertains to attorney’s fees. Client would need to pay associated court filing fees, administrative costs and required credit counseling fees. Attorney will accept case prior to full payment, however, filing the case with the bankruptcy court will occur after attorney's fees have been paid in full.
*$99 is a down payment to be applied towards total attorneys fees. In order to file for bankruptcy, client is required to pay a separate filing fee for Chapter 7 filings and Chapter 13 filings. Attorney fees must be paid in full prior to actual bankruptcy filing.
