John Christopher Robinson is an experienced attorney serving clients in Kentucky and Indiana, focusing on consumer bankruptcy and financial relief. Since 2001, he has helped more than 750 individuals and families file for protection under the U.S. Bankruptcy Code, guiding them through the process with skill and compassion. His background in commercial litigation and creditor defense gives him a unique advantage when standing up to aggressive creditors on behalf of his clients.
Before dedicating his practice to consumer law, Mr. Robinson represented insurance carriers and defended complex civil and commercial cases, gaining valuable insight into how financial institutions and insurers operate. That knowledge has helped him achieve successful results for his clients, including multiple wrongful death resolutions, a seven-figure structured settlement against a regional healthcare provider, and settlements exceeding $1.1 million and $750,000 for automobile and motorcycle injury cases, respectively.
Mr. Robinson is licensed to practice in Kentucky and Indiana and is admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky and the Southern District of Indiana. He is also a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and remains active in his community through Centenary United Methodist Church in Shelbyville, where he has been a member for more than 30 years.
